※Items purchased online must be shipped out on the last day of the return period.

Products that cannot be exchanged or returned
※If you want to exchange/return an item purchased on UNIQLO.com, you will need to apply for an exchange/return from [Order History] before returning the item。
(This does not apply if you paid for the order with the Pay In Store option)
About Exchanges
For In-Store Purchase
Merchandise purchased in any U.S. store can only be exchanged at any UNIQLO Store location within the U.S.
For UNIQLO.com Purchases
Merchandise purchased through UNIQLO.com can be exchanged online via your Order History Page or at any UNIQLO Store within the U.S. only if it is for the same item just in a different size/color.
*If an item purchased online is exchanged at a physical store location, it cannot be returned to the warehouse.

About Returns
For In-Store Purchase
Merchandise purchased in any UNIQLO U.S. store can be returned at any UNIQLO location within the U.S. for a full refund to the original form of payment up to 30 days (*) from the purchase date.
For UNIQLO.com Purchases

If paid with the Pay In-Store payment option Returns can ONLY be accepted at the UNIQLO Store location store where the payment was completed.
- If paid with Credit Card / Debit Card / Klarna / Paypal / Apple Pay payment options Returns can ONLY be accepted at our warehouse via mail with our Prepaid Return Label. We cannot issue refunds/returns for these online orders at the stores.
