FEES

◉ Alteration fees are non-refundable.
◉ Shipping fees are non-refundable.
◉ A $7 fee will be deducted from the refund amount to cover the cost of the Return shipping for the UNIQLO Prepaid Label. It is a one time fee per order.

• • You can return multiple orders in the same box, just make sure to include the correct return forms along with the items. If the return forms are not included, the package may be returned back to the customer. 

WHERE RETURNS CAN NOT BE MADE

◉Items may only be exchanged, returned, or price adjusted within the country where the purchase was made.

◉Items purchased in the contiguous United States may not be returned, exchanged, or price adjusted in Hawaii, and items purchased in Hawaii may not be returned, exchanged, or price adjusted in the contiguous United States.

◉Exchange / Return button will not be displayed for Non-Returnable items (innerwear and Masks) and for items that exceed the exchange/return deadline.

◉Items marked Final Sale may not be exchanged or returned.

UNIQLO reserves the right to limit or deny returns or exchanges.
