UNIQLO US offers several delivery methods to suit your needs. Delivery timeframes may vary depending on product availability. Your expected delivery date is shown at checkout, in your purchase history, and in your order confirmation email.

Delivery Options

Standard Delivery is FREE for Order subtotal of $99 or more (before taxes, shipping, and after coupons are applied).

Signature Service 

This is an optional* service where a signature is required at the delivery address before the package can be delivered. This service will have an additional $4 fee per order. 

*Please note: Orders that exceed the $750 threshold will require this signature service. It will be automatically applied and will be free of charge.

Frequently Asked Questions
  • What is the processing time for orders?

    Standard orders are usually shipped within 3 business days. Orders placed after 12 PM EST or on weekends may take an extra day. Alteration orders require additional time:

    Pant alterations: +3–7 business days

  • Which carriers do you use?

    We ship using FedEx, DashLink (DoorDash), and Amazon shipping. Carrier selection is automatic based on your delivery address and method. We are unable to change carriers upon request.

  • Do you ship to military addresses and U.S. territories?

    We offer standard shipping to Puerto Rico.
    However, we are unable to to ship to American Samoa / Guam / Northern Mariana Islands / Rico / U.S. Virgin Islands / Armed Forces Americas, Europe, Pacific. 
    Please allow up to 14 business days. Priority and Express shipping are not available.

  • Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?

    Yes, but only via Standard shipping (5-7 business days).

  • Do you offer international shipping?

    No, we currently do not support shipping outside the United States and and United States territories. We can only ship within the 50 states and Puerto Rico.
