What is the processing time for orders?
Standard orders are usually shipped within 3 business days. Orders placed after 12 PM EST or on weekends may take an extra day. Alteration orders require additional time:

Which carriers do you use?
We ship using FedEx, FedEx Smartpost, USPS, DashLink (DoorDash). Carrier selection is automatic based on your delivery address and method. We are unable to change carriers upon request.

Do you ship to military addresses and U.S. territories?
We offer standard shipping to Puerto Rico.
However, we are unable to to ship to American Samoa / Guam / Northern Mariana Islands / Rico / U.S. Virgin Islands / Armed Forces Americas, Europe, Pacific.
Please allow up to 14 business days. Priority and Express shipping are not available. -
Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?
Yes, but only via Standard shipping (5-7 business days).

Do you offer international shipping?
No, we currently do not support shipping outside the United States and and United States territories. We can only ship within the 50 states and Puerto Rico.
