When your order ships, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
You can use this number to track your package via the carrier’s website.
You can also confirm your order by logging into your UNIQLO account and checking your [Purchase History]:
The order has been placed successfully.
Your order is being prepared in the warehouse.
Your order has already left our facilities and is on its way to you. A shipping confirmation email will be sent with the estimated delivery date and tracking information.
Your order has arrived to the shipping address provided. Our carriers may try and find a safe place to leave packages like a porch mailbox, side door, mail-room among others.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

We are sorry to tell you that tracking is not available for store pickup orders. If you selected Store Pickup at checkout, your order will be delivered to the UNIQLO store you specified.
You will receive a pickup notification email once your order is ready for collection.
Even if you do not receive the pickup notification email, you can still check your order status in your [Purchase History].
Please tap Order Details for the relevant order to confirm arrival and pickup deadline.

How do I know if my order was received?
In your order tracking email, you should see your order marked as "delivered". Alternatively, you can check directly on the carriers’ website to check its latest status.

How do I know my order was shipped?
When you place an order you will receive an email from us. The order acknowledgement will contain your order number and order details. Please note that this is only to acknowledge that your order has been received and is not confirmation that your purchase has been made. When your goods have been sent to you, your card will be charged and we will send you an email containing your orders tracking information.
Alternatively, you can log into your UNIQLO account and check your [Order History] in the [Membership] section of your account.
