How do I contact a store directly?
A. We are sorry, but UNIQLO stores are not able to provide phone support at this time. For assistance, please use our online self-service options or contact our Customer Service team using the IQ CHAT service located at the bottom of this page.

Can I request to have an item held at the store for me?
A. At this time, we do not offer the option to put items on hold via chat, call or email.
If you are in one of our stores, you may request to have your item held for up to 24 hours. Please do visit a UNIQLO store to benefit from this service.

Do you have the same promotions in store and online?
A. At this time, special online promotions and sale events may vary from store promotions.

What should I do if I have been doubled charged?
A. We kindly ask that you return to the store location with your original purchase receipt and the credit card that was used to make the purchase where one of our store staff will further investigate the issue and resolve it accordingly.

What should I do if I lost a personal item in store?
A. We kindly ask that you return to the store location and speak with one of our staff members who will look into this for you and resolve it accordingly. If you're unable to make it back into store, please contact the customer service team providing as much detail as possible e.g. name of store, time of visit and a description of the lost item.

Do you offer gift receipts?
A. We provide gift receipts in all of our stores. Please ask a member of store staff, when you are at the checkout, and they will be happy to provide this for you.

A. Only guide or assistance dogs are permitted in UNIQLO USA stores.
