The method of obtaining, usage conditions, and applicable stores vary depending on the coupon. Please refer to the details below:

New App Download Coupon
Customers who download the UNIQLO app for the first time and register their online store membership information will receive a coupon.
- Discount: $10 off purchases of $75+ or more
- Applicable Stores: UNIQLO physical stores and UNIQLO online store
- Validity Period: Until the end of the month following the month of issue

Welcome Coupon (Online Only)
Customers who register for the online website / app for the first time will receive a Welcome Coupon.
- Discount: $5 off purchases of $75+ or more
- Applicable Stores: UNIQLO online store only
- Validity Period: 31 days from the date of issue (including the day of issue) Example: If registered on 1 November, valid until 1 December
- Note: Customers re-registering with an email address previously used are not eligible for this offer. Please see our [Terms and Conditions] when attempting to create multiple accounts. -
Birthday Coupon
Customers registered with the online store will receive a coupon as a birthday gift.
- Discount: $5 off purchases of $50 or more
- Applicable Stores: UNIQLO online store only
- Issue Date:
If registered by the end of the month prior to your birthday month: issued on the 1st of your birthday month
If registered during your birthday month: issued on the registration date (same-day issuance)
- Validity Period: Until the end of your birthday month
Please be aware that you will only be able to redeem your coupon in-store if you have linked your UNIQLO.com account and your UNIQLO app accounts.
Acquired coupons will appear in the “Coupons” section of your membership page.

Self-Checkout:
Scan your membership at the register and select the coupon you wish to use on the payment screen.
Staff-Assisted Checkout:
Scan your membership and inform the staff of the coupon you wish to use.
Note: Please check each coupon for details on whether it can be combined with others.
Apply the coupon in your cart before placing your order. Coupon will NOT be automatically applied.

1. Click on "Coupon" on the Shopping cart screen or purchase procedure screen.
2. Select the desired coupon and click "Apply" (you are not required to enter a code into the13-digit code field)
3. Only coupons that meet the purchase requirements can be applied. To view coupon purchase requirements, please access the coupon page and click "Details."
Note:
- Only one coupon can be used per order. Multiple coupons cannot be combined.
- If you have multiple accounts, please log in using the same email address registered with the app.
You can check available coupons and their conditions from the “Coupons” section of your membership page.
If you cannot access the coupon page, follow these steps:

App / Online Store
1. Tap the [person icon] at the bottom right or top right
2. Tap “Coupons”
3. Tap the displayed coupon
- Coupons have an expiration date. Please check the relevant coupon for details.
- Coupons are for personal use only and cannot be transferred.
- Coupons cannot be used for gift card purchases, or alteration fees
Example: If you have a coupon for $10 off purchases of $75 or more, it applies only when the total product amount in one transaction is $11 or more (excluding gift card fees, alteration fees, and gift kit charges). - Coupons cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Coupons transferred from others cannot be used.
- If you cancel your order within 30 minutes, the coupon will be reissued. However, if the product is returned to the warehouse due to missed pick-up deadlines or other customer-related reasons, the coupon will not be reissued.
I forgot to apply my coupon at checkout, can I still have it applied to my order?
Unfortunately, once an order is placed, we are not able to modify any order details. Customers do have up to 30 mins after order placement to cancel the order and you can apply a coupon on a new order.
Will my coupon automatically apply to my order if it meets the requirements?
No, all coupons that want to be used during either an online or in-store order need to be applied during the checkout process.
I had a coupon on my account but now it’s not there, what happened to my coupon?
Coupons are only valid for a certain amount of time. If the coupon is not showing on your account, it is likely to be expired or already used. All coupon information regarding expiration dates can be found under Details
I just cancelled my order but I used a coupon, will that coupon still be on my account?
Yes! Since the order was not completed you can still use your coupon for a future order. Please note that it will take some time for it to be reissued.
I have multiple coupons, can I use more than one on my order?
Only one coupon can be use per online or in-store purchase.
How do coupons affect my exchange/return?
If a coupon was used in the purchase, the value of the coupon will be deducted as a proportion dependent on the value of the item. I entered my coupon code but it did not work.
We are sorry to hear that the coupon you are trying to use is giving you trouble! There is a possibility that the code may have expired or the qualifying thresholds have not been met. We kindly ask that you log into your UNIQLO.com account to check your COUPON where all available coupons will be listed.
