Return Policy
- Return Window: Items bought in-store may be returned to any UNIQLO location within 30 days of purchase
- Condition: Items must be new, unused, unwashed, and have all tags attached.
- Packaged Items: Can be returned even if opened, as long as tags remain attached.
- Final Sale: Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for Exchange or Return.
- Refund Method: Refunds are issued to the original form of payment.
- Alterations: Alteration fees are non-refundable.
- Receipts: Original Receipt required for all returns.
- Returns with a gift receipt will be refunded as a store merchandise gift card.
Exchange Policy
- Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
- Same Item, Different Size/Color: You may exchange for a different size or color of the same item at any UNIQLO store within 30 days of purchase. Applies to both in-store and online orders.
- Different Item Exchange: You may exchange for a different item at any UNIQLO store in the U.S. within 30 days. Applies to in-store purchases only (not online orders). Must present the original receipt.
- Packaged Items: Can be exchanged even if opened, as long as tags are still attached.
- Country Restriction Exchanges, returns, and price adjustments must be made in the country of purchase.
- Final Sale: Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.*UNIQLO reserves the right to limit or deny exchanges or returns
Price Adjustment Policy

- Eligibility: One-time price adjustment available in-store within 14 days of original purchase.

- Exclusions: Not valid for items bought during pre-advertised promotions.

- Requirements: Receipt is required. Item does not need to be present.

-Store-Specific Pricing: The UNIQLO Ala Moana store does not match online or stores from mainland US prices
How Long does it Take to Receive a Store Refund?
Once the store has processed your refund, it usually takes 3 to 5 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
If it’s been more than 5 business days and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us via Live Chat and provide:
- A clear copy of your original purchase receipt- A copy of your refund receipt
Once we receive this information, we’ll work directly with the store to resolve the issue.
What should I do if I received the wrong refund amount
If the refund amount is incorrect, please fill out the Contact Us Form and upload:
- A clear copy of your original purchase receipt- A copy of your refund receipt
