Returns not yet delivered to the warehouse
If the package has not yet been delivered to the warehouse, this means the return has not been received and the process has not been started by our warehouse team.
Please note: You will receive an email notification once the package has been received and scanned by our warehouse.
Returns marked as delivered to the warehouse
If the package has been marked as delivered, please allow up to 14 business days from the delivery date for processing.
You will receive two emails:
1st email: Confirms when the package is received and scanned to begin the return process.
2nd email: Confirms once the refund has been processed. Funds will be credited back to your original form of payment. Depending on your bank, this may take 3–5 business days after the email notification.
Where can I find my return tracking number?
There are two places you can find your return tracking number:
- On the return shipping label included in the FedEx email you received when generating your return label.
- On the receipt provided if you dropped off your package at a FedEx location.
