Giveaway Timing: Thank You Event Live Station Giveaway
This novelty campaign runs from Friday, May 23, 4:00PM EST 2025 until Friday, May 23, 7:00PM EST 2025 for UNIQLO Live Station.

Eligibility:
The Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, who are of legal age as of the date of entry. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Participation constitutes entrant's full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules (“Rules”) and Sponsor's decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Giveaway. Winning a giveaway is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein. Delivery address must be located within the 50 United States and the District of Columbia.

How to Enter the Giveaway
1). Create or login to an account on UNIQLO.com or through the UNIQLO USA iOS / Android App
2). Visit the UNIQLO USA Live Station page at https://www.uniqlo.com/us/en/livestation while logged into your UNIQLO USA account.
3). Download the UNIQLO USA app at the following link  (https://uniqlous.onelink.me/7JDY/mcd3se8k), login to the UNIQLO USA account used to view the Live Station page, and enable push notifications to be notified if you are a winner.

6 winners will be selected randomly to win the Giveaway.

When will I receive my Giveaway?
Winners will receive their Giveaway in June, 2025. 

How will I know if I am selected?

The winners will be notified via app push notification the week of May 26th, 2025.

General Rules:
By participating in the Giveaway, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules, UNIQLO’s Terms of Use at https://faq-us.uniqlo.com/articles/en_US/FAQ/Terms-Conditions, and the decisions of the Sponsor.

In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures or other statements contained in any Giveaway materials and the terms and conditions of the Official Rules, the Official Rules shall prevail, govern and control. Entries become the property of the Sponsor. The Sponsor and its affiliates and agencies are not responsible for any typographical or other errors in the offer, any technical, hardware, software or telephone malfunctions of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, incomplete, inaccurate, garbled or delayed electronic communications caused by the user or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Giveaway or by any human error which may occur in the processing of the entries in the Giveaway or for any liability for damage to any computer system resulting from or related to participation in or accessing or downloading information in connection with the Giveaway. The Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual that tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation or administration of the Giveaway; violates the Official Rules; or acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person.  Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Giveaway may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Sponsor's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. Headings are solely for convenience of reference and will not be deemed to affect in any manner the meaning or intent of the documents or any provision hereof.  If, for any reason, the Giveaway is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus,  bugs,  tampering,  unauthorized  intervention, fraud,  technical  failures,  or any other causes which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Giveaway, then the Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Giveaway and select the applicable winners in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received prior to cancellation.

If the provided address is incorrect or if delivery is unable to be completed, winners will not be notified.
