  A. The Giveaway is open only to residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who will be based/in New York on March 3, 2026, and are of legal age as of the date of entry. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. Participation constitutes entrant's full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules (“Rules”) and Sponsor's decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Giveaway. Winning a giveaway is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein. Delivery address must be located within the 50 United States and the District of Columbia. The winner must be based in New York on March 3, 2026, and available to attend the UQUS Bryant Park VIP Shopping Event from 5:00PM EDT to 8:00PM EDT. 

• Q. How can I qualify to enter the Bryant Park VIP Shopping Event giveaway? 

  A. No purchase is necessary to enter, and a purchase does not enhance your chances of winning. You can qualify to enter by following the instructions as listed in the UNIQLO USA social post from Wednesday, February 25, 2026, 12:00PM EDT until Friday, February 27, 2026, 12:00PM EDT.

  A. You must be at least 18 years old. 

• Q. When and where is the UNIQLO USA Bryant Park VIP Shopping Event? 

  A. The UNIQLO USA Bryant Park VIP Shopping event is on Tuesday, March 3, from 5:00PM EDT to 8:00PM EDT at the UNIQLO Bryant Park, 510 5th Ave, New York, NY 10036.  

• Q. How and when will I be notified if I win? 

  A. If you win, you will be notified via Instagram DM or the email associated with your Instagram account as early as Friday, February 27, 2026, 12:00PM EDT from a UNIQLO team member. 

• Q.  What will I win with the giveaway? 

  A. The winner will receive access to the exclusive UNIQLO USA Bryant Park VIP Shopping Event for them plus a guest and a $150USD UNIQLO USA gift card for each ($300USD total). The Bryant Park Shopping Event will take place on Tuesday, March 3, from 5:00PM EDT to 8:00PM EDT at the UNIQLO Bryant Park, 510 5th Ave, New York, NY 10036 

• Q.  Will UNIQLO provide food, transportation, and cover any other costs incurred at the event? 

  A. No. UNIQLO will only provide access to the Bryant Park VIP Shopping Event. Please plan accordingly.

In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures or other statements contained in any Giveaway materials and the terms and conditions of the Official Rules, the Official Rules shall prevail, govern, and control. Entries become the property of the Sponsor. The Sponsor and its affiliates and agencies are not responsible for any typographical or other errors in the offer, any technical, hardware, software or telephone malfunctions of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, incomplete, inaccurate, garbled or delayed electronic communications caused by the user or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Giveaway or by any human error which may occur in the processing of the entries in the Giveaway or for any liability for damage to any computer system resulting from or related to participation in or accessing or downloading information in connection with the Giveaway. Sponsor's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. Headings are solely for convenience of reference and will not be deemed to affect in any manner the meaning or intent of the documents or any provision hereof. If, for any reason, the Giveaway is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Giveaway, then the Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Giveaway and select the applicable winners in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received prior to cancellation. 

If the winner fails to confirm attendance to the Bryant Park VIP Shopping Event by  

Monday, March 2, at 9:00AM EDT, their access to the event shall be forfeited.
