Please note that below deductions would apply to your refund:
- Return shipping fee: $7.00 (plus any applicable tax) per use of return label. This includes QR code.
- Coupon value: Deducted proportionally if a coupon was used
- Shipping fees: Non-refundable
Please be informed that if your purchases used a coupon, the coupon amounts will not be refunded when items are returned as they are non-refundable.
The coupon will lose its value and cannot be replaced when refunding a product.
When returning an item from an order where a coupon has been applied, the value of the coupon will be deducted as a proportion dependent on the value of the item.
Please refer to the below example as your references:
- Order total: $194.50 (Sweatpants $49.90, T-Shirt $19.90, 2 Sweaters $49.90 each, Polo Shirt $29.90)
- Coupon: $5 Off $50 - Birthday Coupon
- Proportional deduction: Sweatpants $1.25, T-Shirt $0.50, 2 Sweaters $1.25 each, Polo Shirt $0.75
If you return the Sweatpants ($50), refund amount = $49.90 - $1.25 = £48.65
If you return the whole order ($199.50), refund amount = $199.50 - $5.00 = $194.50

There may be applicable tax accounted to the refund as well.
Your return is subject to a $7.00 (plus applicable tax) returns shipping fee that will be deducted from your refund
Refunds are calculated based on the price after the multi-buy discount. The discount amount is prorated across items in the offer.
Please refer to the below example as your references:
- Item A: Original Unit Price: $4.90/pc, Multibuy Offer: $14.90/4 pcs
- Order Total: $14.90
- Multibuy Applied Unit Price: $14.90/4 = $3.73

Q. I have only been partially refunded, when will I receive the rest of my refund?
A. Please check the deduction criteria listed above as your return may have been subject to these.
Additionally, if you returned items from another order within the same parcel, this may have resulted in a significant delay in processing and an incorrect refund.
Please also note that refunds are often processed in multiple batches. This means the total refund amount may be split across several transactions, so you might see only part of the refund initially. It can take a few additional days for the full refund to be reflected in your account. Please be assured that the remaining amount is on its way. -
