Q. How do I enter the App Giveaway for a Crunchyroll® 1-Year Mega Fan Membership?
A) App holders who enter their Member ID number onto the campaign registration form (google form) during the campaign period are entered to win (Campaign period is Friday 03/28/2025 - Sunday 04/13/2025).
Q. How will I know if I won the Giveaway?
A) Uniqlo USA will select fifty (50) winners on April 18, 2025. Winners will be notified by email via the address registered to their app membership account. To claim their prize, winners must complete a Google Form (link provided in the notification email, SMS, app push, on Uniqlo.com, or in-store) with their App Membership ID.
Q. What items are included in the giveaway?
A) 1-Year Crunchyroll® Mega Fan Membership promotion code.
Q. What if I win the Giveaway but do not want the 1-Year Crunchyroll® Mega Fan Membership?
A) Please inform UNIQLO USA customer service.
Q. Am I permitted to select my Giveaway prize?
A) No - the prizes being awarded are identical and non-negotiable.
