UNIQLO USA KAWS UNIVERSE Giveaway | Terms & Conditions

Giveaway Timing: 
This giveaway runs from Monday, September 21, 2026, 12AM ET until Sunday, October 4, 2026, 11:59PM ET.  

Eligibility:  
The giveaway is open only to residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, who are 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. Participation constitutes entrant's full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules (“Rules”) and Sponsor's decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Giveaway. Winning a giveaway is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein. Delivery address must be located within the 50 United States and the District of Columbia.  

• Notification: Winners will be notified on or about October 7, 2026 via the email address associated with the UNIQLO account used to submit the review. 
• Response Window: Winners must respond to the notification and claim their prize within 3 calendar days from the date of the initial notification.  
• Forfeiture: If a winner cannot be reached, fails to respond within the 3-day window, or is found to be ineligible, they will forfeit the prize absolutely. 
• Alternative Drawing: In the event of a prize forfeiture, UNIQLO reserves the right to draw an alternative winner from the remaining eligible entries or donate the prize to a charity. No compensation or extensions will be given to the original winner. 

How can I qualify to enter the KAWS UNIVERSE giveaway?    
No purchase is necessary to enter, and a purchase does not enhance your chances of winning. You can qualify to enter by submitting a product review on any item from 09/21/2026 through 10/4/2026. 

Is there a minimum age I must be to enter?   
You must be at least 18 years old.  

How and when will I be notified if I won?   
If you win, you will be notified from UNIQLO USA Customer Service on or about Wednesday, October 7, 2026 via the email associated with your UNIQLO account used to submit the review. We will request necessary information and provide you with an estimated date of shipment.

Winners must respond to the notification and claim their prize within 3 calendar days from the date of the initial notification. If a winner cannot be reached, fails to respond within the 3-day window, or is found to be ineligible, they will forfeit the prize absolutely. In the event of a prize forfeiture, UNIQLO reserves the right to draw an alternative winner from the remaining eligible entries or donate the prize to a charity. General Rules:  

By participating in the Giveaway, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules, UNIQLO’s Terms of Use at https://faq-us.uniqlo.com/articles/en_US/FAQ/Terms-Conditions, and the decisions of the Sponsor.  

In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures or other statements contained in any Giveaway materials and the terms and conditions of the Official Rules, the Official Rules shall prevail, govern and control. Entries become the property of the Sponsor. The Sponsor and its affiliates and agencies are not responsible for any typographical or other errors in the offer, any technical, hardware, software or telephone malfunctions of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, incomplete, inaccurate, garbled or delayed electronic communications caused by the user or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Giveaway or by any human error which may occur in the processing of the entries in the Giveaway or for any liability for damage to any computer system resulting from or related to participation in or accessing or downloading information in connection with the Giveaway. The Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual that tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation or administration of the Giveaway; violates the Official Rules; or acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person.  Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Giveaway may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.  

Sponsor's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. Headings are solely for convenience of reference and will not be deemed to affect in any manner the meaning or intent of the documents or any provision hereof.  If, for any reason, the Giveaway is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus,  bugs,  tampering,  unauthorized  intervention, fraud,  technical  failures,  or any other causes which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Giveaway, then the Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Giveaway and select the applicable winners in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received prior to cancellation.  

If a winner provides an incorrect shipping address or delivery cannot be completed, the prize may be forfeited and Sponsor shall have no further obligation to award or replace the prize.
