  ・All costs incurred in responding to the survey, including internet connection fees, communication fees, packet usage fees, etc., will be borne by the respondent.
  ・You may not be able to enter this information in some internet environments. 
  ・Regarding rewards for completing the survey, if the details are not clearly stated when requesting the survey, no rewards will be offered. 

Respondents are requested to refrain from any of the following actions or actions that could be considered as such:

By responding to this survey, you grant us and Fast Retailing Group companies in Japan and overseas free of charge permission to reproduce, copy, adapt, edit, and process (including cutting and pasting, and combining with other materials) all rights to your responses (including various intellectual property rights such as copyright, and the contents of any future applications, but excluding your personal information) on websites, apps, social media, and other advertising media (both in Japan and worldwide). 

We take your responses into consideration as we work daily to develop better products and services. Our company also carries out its own development and planning, and the content of these may accidentally be the same or similar to your responses. To prevent misunderstandings and problems between us and our customers, please only respond if you agree to the following: 
・We are not obligated to maintain confidentiality regarding the content of your responses. 
・We are not obligated to respond to your inquiries or return any materials.

Even if any of the following events occur, the Company shall not be liable for any such events except in cases where the cause is intentional or gross negligence on the part of the Company. 

1. If the respondent causes damage or harm to other customers or third parties by using this site 
2. If the respondent is unable to use this site or respond to this survey for any reason, 
3. If the respondent suffers any damage or disadvantage due to the use of this site
