UNIQLO Studio, also known as RE.UNIQLO Studio, is an in‑store service designed to help extend the life of your UNIQLO clothing. Through repair, upcycling, and customization services, UNIQLO Studio allows you to enjoy your LifeWear for longer while supporting sustainability efforts.

Products eligible for repair
UNIQLO products only
• Please wash items before bringing them in. Unwashed items may be declined.
• Items must be identifiable as UNIQLO products or purchased in‑store on the same day.
• Eligible products include T‑shirts, jeans, knitwear, down jackets, casual shirts, and items with buttons.
• Repairs are limited to services listed on the repair menu and may vary depending on fabric, damage location, and item condition.

When using our repair services, you will be deemed to have agreed to the following terms and conditions:
- The finished repair may not appear exactly as expected, as results depend on the fabric and condition of the item. Refunds are not available in these cases.
- If an exact thread color is unavailable, a similar color will be used for the repair.
Exchanges & Returns
- Items that have undergone repair services are not eligible for exchange or return.
- If there is an issue with the completed repair, please notify a UNIQLO Studio associate as soon as possible.

What if my clothing can’t be repaired with RE.UNIQLO?
Our repair specialists will carefully assess your item to determine whether it can be accepted for repair. If your item is not suitable for repair, we’re still happy to help you find another solution.
UNIQLO items that cannot be repaired may be donated or recycled at no cost through our RE.UNIQLO in‑store donation bins, available at participating locations.
We also offer a variety of repair guides and DIY projects on our website if you’d like to explore options for caring for or refreshing your clothing at home.

How much do repairs cost?
Repairs are offered at a flat rate of $5 per repair, which applies to each hole, tear, or button replacement.
