Q. Will I receive confirmation that I have been successfully entered into the giveaway?

A. No, you will not receive confirmation that you have successfully entered the giveaway. However, UNIQLO is tracking all entries in our system. Although you will not receive a notification, we can guarantee that our systems have entered you into the sweepstakes for a chance to win by using one of the entry methods.

Q. How will I know if I won the Giveaway?

A. Two (2) winners will be selected by UNIQLO USA selected and contacted between May 15, 2026 and May 21, 2026. The winners will be notified by either app push notification or email depending on the entry method, and the winner will need to fill out a Microsoft form sent through app push or email and fill out with relevant information including Name, Email, Phone Number, and Delivery Address. To receive a Prize, the winner(s) must confirm acceptance of the prize to Sponsor within three (3) days of prize notification.

A. The prizes are: One (1) Size large DRY-EX Quarter-Zip Polo Shirt autographed by Roger Federer and valued at $39.90 USD and One (1) Size large DRY-EX Polo Shirt autographed by Roger Federer and valued at $39.90 USD. Q.  What if I win the Giveaway but do not want the prize?

A. Please inform UNIQLO USA customer service.

Q. Do I have to enable push notifications for the UNIQLO app?

 A. Although not required, it is highly recommended to have app push notifications and email notifications enabled so you are easily notified of your win. If Uniqlo does not receive a response from the winner within 3 days of prize notification, the prize will be forfeit and a new winner will be selected following the same cadence.
