UNIQLO Michigan Ave NSO Live Station Giveaway OFFICIAL RULES 

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. 

1. Sponsor 

The UNIQLO Michigan Ave NSO Live Station Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is sponsored by UNIQLO USA LLC, 88 Crosby Street, New York, NY 10012 (“Sponsor”). 

2. Agreement to Official Rules 

By participating in the Giveaway, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules, UNIQLO’s Terms of Use (https://faq-us.uniqlo.com/articles/en_US/FAQ/Terms-Conditions), and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Giveaway. In the event of any discrepancy between these Official Rules and any promotional materials, these Official Rules shall govern. 

3. Giveaway Timing 

The Giveaway begins and ends during the UNIQLO Michigan Ave NSO Live Station show on Thursday, March 26, 2026, starting at 8:00 PM ET (7:00 PM CT) and lasting approximately one (1) hour (the “Giveaway Period”). 

4. Eligibility 

The Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Winners must have a valid U.S. mailing address; prizes will not be shipped outside of the United States. Employees of Sponsor, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising or promotion agencies, and their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses) or household members are not eligible to participate or win. Void where prohibited by law. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. 

5. How to Enter 

During the Giveaway Period, eligible participants may enter by: 

1. 1. Tuning in to the UNIQLO Michigan Ave New Store Opening Live Station show on UNIQLO.com; 

2. 2. Participating in the live quiz questions by voting on UNIQLO.com only; 

3. 3. Correctly answering a quiz question and submitting the required name, email address, and mailing address via the provided link. 

Each correctly answered question followed by submission of required information constitutes one (1) entry. Limit one (1) entry per person per question. 

6. Prize 

Twenty (20) winners will each receive one (1) UNIQLO mini shoulder bag (the “Prize”). Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $24.9 USD . Prize is non-transferable and no substitution or cash equivalent is permitted, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. 

7. Winner Selection and Notification 

Winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received from participants who correctly answered the quiz questions. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. 

Not all participants who answer correctly will receive a prize. 

Winners will be notified via the email address provided. If a selected winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond, or provides incomplete or invalid information, Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate winner. 

8. Prize Fulfillment 

Prizes will be shipped to winners at the mailing addresses provided within one (1) month following the Live Station show. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, or undeliverable shipments due to incorrect or incomplete address information. 

9. Privacy 

Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy (https://faq-us.uniqlo.com/articles/en_US/FAQ/Site-Privacy-Policy) and will be used solely for administering the Giveaway and fulfilling prizes. 

10. General Conditions 

Entries become the property of Sponsor. Sponsor is not responsible for technical, hardware, software, network, or other errors or failures that may affect entry or participation. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, violates these Official Rules, or acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. 

If the Giveaway is not capable of running as planned due to fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond Sponsor’s control that corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Giveaway, Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Giveaway. 

11. Limitation of Liability 

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any liability, loss, or damage arising from or in connection with participation in the Giveaway or the acceptance, use, or misuse of the Prize. 

12. Governing Law 

All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles.
