Are there any products that cannot be embroidered?
The following items CANNOT be embroidered:
- Non‑UNIQLO products
- Collaboration or graphic products (UNIQLO U / UNIQLO C collections excluded)
- Innerwear
- Baby products that directly contact skin
- Accessories such as caps, belts, and leather goods
- Polyester or nylon outerwear, including pocketable parkas and BLOCKTECH parkas, due to fabric specifications
What is the cost of the embroidery service?
- Pricing ranges from $10–$15.

Yes. Both new and pre‑owned UNIQLO items can be embroidered.

The full process typically takes around 15 minutes.
How big are the embroidery designs?
Text designs measure approximately 1.4 in (H) × 4 in (W). Some designs may also be available in 2.3 in × 2.3 in.
Can I change the color of my design?
Color changes are allowed for text and single‑color designs only.
Can I create my own design?
Custom original designs are not supported at this time.
Can embroidered items be returned or exchanged?
Embroidered items cannot be exchanged or returned at this time.
