Frequently Asked Questions

Q. How can I enter to win?
You can enter in two ways:

  • ◉ Submit your email address via the entry form on our site.
  • ◉ Make any online purchase during the Giveaway Period for automatic entry.
  •     No purchase is necessary, and only one entry per person per day is allowed.

Q. How will the winner be notified?
Winners will be contacted via email and/or app push notifications after the Giveaway Period. If a winner does not respond within 3 days, the prize will be forfeited and another winner will be selected.

Q. How will I receive my package?
Prizes will be shipped after we confirm your details. When we reach out via email, we will request your desired size (if applicable) and your shipping address. Please provide this information promptly so we can process your prize.

Q. Can I pick my desired size and color?
Winners can select their desired size and request a desired color, though color is not guaranteed. Prizes are subject to availability and substitution of equal or greater value may occur at Uniqlo's discretion. 

Q. Am I eligible to win more than one prize?
No. Each participant can win a maximum of one prize during the Giveaway Period.

Q. Could I win a prize I didn’t enter for?
No. Winners are only eligible for the prizes they specifically entered to win.

Q. Can I enter more than one giveaway?
Yes, you may enter each daily giveaway during the Summer Giveaway period, but only one entry per person per day is allowed. 

Q. When will I receive my prize?
After you confirm your details, the UNIQLO team will provide an estimated shipping date. Prizes will typically ship within the timeframe outlined in the winner notification email.
