When will I receive my refund?​

Refund timeframes vary by the payment method used.
If you have paid by "Pay-in-Store", the refund can only be processed by the store you made the payment.

Refund Process

1. First you must return your UNIQLO order. To learn how to return your order CLICK HERE. 
2. Once your item has been received back at our Warehouse, your refund will be processed within 14 calendar days after it has been received.
3. You will receive a refund confirmation email once your refund has been processed
4. The refund will be processed and completed within 3-7 business days, depending on the processes at your bank or credit card company.

*Refund processing time is counted from the date you have received the refund confirmation email after your return is being processed.

Important Notes
 
  • Return Shipping fees are non-refundable. 
  • A $7.00 fee per return request will be deducted from your refund. Unless the return is due to our error, this cost is borne by the customer.
  • Please note that during peak periods such as Christmas and New Year holidays, refund processing may take longer than usual.

  • I have dropped off the return parcel to UNIQLO Warehouse a while ago, have you already received it?

    A. Please check your return tracking status. To learn more about how to track your Return please CLICK HERE.

  • The tracking shows that UNIQLO has already received my return parcel, why has my refund not been processed yet?

    A. Once your item arrives at our warehouse, we will process your return within 14 calendar days. You will receive an automated email notification when we have processed the return.
    Your refund will be processed within 3 - 7 business days from the date you receive the email

  • I have received the refund confirmation email, why is the refund still not reflected in my account?

    A. Upon receipt of the refund confirmation e-mail, it takes 3-7 business days (depending on the original payment method) for the refund to be visible in your account.

  • It has been more than 14 calendar days since the return parcel was delivered to your warehouse, however the refund has not been processed yet.

    A. We are sorry for the inconvenience this may cause. Please send us the following information via e-mail, we will get back to you within 24 hours.
         Information required:
         1) Order number
         2) Tracking number of your return parcel
