OFFICIAL PRODUCT SAMPLING PROGRAM RULES
1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING
Starting 04/10/2026, until such time as UNIQLO US no longer runs the Product Sampling Program, UNIQLO US members may have the chance to win UNIQLO US item(s) and/or participate in a product review and entry form application event. These Programs are run by UNIQLO US Inc. (the “Sponsor”). For the purposes of the Program, the “Program Group” is composed of the Sponsor, together with its affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers of material and services related to the Program, and any other corporation, partnership, sole proprietorship or other legal entity directly involved in the Program.
2. ELIGIBILITY
This Program is open to legal residents of the United States of America who are eighteen (18) years of age or older as of the date of entry or have obtained parental permission to apply if under the age of eighteen (18). Excluded from eligibility are officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives of the Program Group, and members of any immediate families (defined as parents, siblings, children and spouses, regardless of where they live) or households (whether related) of such officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives.
3. HOW TO ENTER: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY.
To participate in the Program, you must: 1) Be a UNIQLO US member; 2) Write an online product review about the UNIQLO US item of your choice and complete and submit the entry form application to participate in the Product Sampling Program. LIMIT: One (1) product review and entry form application count as one (1) entry. You can share your opinion about multiple UNIQLO US articles. However, you will only be permitted to apply for a campaign once.
4. HOW TO WIN Product Sampling Program:
Starting 04/10/2026, until such time as UNIQLO US no longer runs the Program, there will be at least one winner per campaign. Sponsor or Sponsor’s agent will randomly select each winner during the Entry Form Application Period. The winners will be eligible to win the Prize (as described below). Selections will be made on or around the dates listed on each campaign. Chances of being selected to win the Prize depend on completion of both a product review and application to the entry form during the Campaign Period.
5. PRIZE CLAIM CONDITIONS
The POTENTIAL Prize winner (the “Prize Winner”) will be notified by Sponsor or Sponsor’s representative immediately following the respective prize drawings. To be declared a winner, selected entrants must: (i) Have submitted a product review within the campaign period; (ii) Have applied via the entry form application. If a potential winner is below the age of majority in his or her jurisdiction of residence, the potential winner’s parent or legal guardian must execute the Release. Failure of selected entrants to respond within the required time, failure to provide proof of eligibility (if requested), the release, or other required documentation in a timely manner, failure to correctly answer the skill-testing question, or other non-compliance with these Official Program Rules may result in disqualification, forfeiture of the Prize and, Sponsor’s sole discretion, selection of an alternate eligible entrant for the forfeited Prize in accordance with these Official Program Rules, who will be subject to disqualification in the same manner. All winners will be able to redeem their prize in-store OR online. If redeeming in-store, winners should request assistance from a sales associate. If redeeming online, winners will be able to add their eligible prize to their carts and check out ONLY with free residential shipping so long as only their eligible prize is present in their carts (prizes not eligible for Pick Up Today nor BOPUS orders). For item eligibility, further information can be found in the winner email and voucher details in the UNIQLO US app.
6. PRIZE
Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the following general conditions apply to the prize: (i) the prize must be accepted as awarded and is not transferable, returnable, assignable or convertible to cash (except as may otherwise be specifically permitted by Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion); (ii) if the winner does not utilize any part(s) of the prize, then any such part(s) not utilized will be forfeited in their entirely and nothing will be substituted in their place; (iii) Sponsor reserves the right at any time to: (a) place reasonable restrictions on the availability or use of the prize or any component thereof; and (b) substitute the prize or a component thereof for any reason with a prize or a prize component of equal or greater value, including, without limitation, but solely at the Sponsor’s sole discretion, a cash award; (iv) all travel arrangements relating to the prize must be made through the Sponsor or its designated agents; and (v) by accepting the prize, the winner agrees to waive all recourse against the Program Group if the prize or a component thereof does not prove satisfactory, either in whole or in part. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute a prize of greater or equivalent monetary value if a prize cannot be awarded as described for any reason.
7. PERSONAL INFORMATION
Sponsor and its authorized agents will collect, use, and disclose the personal information you provide when you enter the Program for the purposes of administering the Program and prize fulfillment. You may be offered the opportunity to receive additional communications from Sponsor about its products, and upcoming programs and promotions. By accepting the Prizes, Prize Winners agree to Sponsor’s use of his/her name, city/province/territory of residence, picture, biographical information, statements, voice and likeness in any advertising and publicity Sponsor may conduct relating to the Program in any media or format, whether now know or hereafter developed, including but not limited to the Internet, at any time or times in perpetuity, without further compensation or notice.
8. RIGHT TO VOID / TERMINATE / SUSPEND / MODIFY
Sponsor reserves the right to terminate, suspend or modify this Program, in whole or in part, at any time and without notice or obligation if, in Sponsor’s sole discretion, any factor interferes with its proper conduct as templated by these Official Program Rules. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, if the Program or any part thereof, is not capable of running as planned for any reason, including but not limited to tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, or technical failures, which, in the sole discretion of Sponsor, corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Program, Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, void any suspect entries and: (a) terminate the Program, or any portion thereof; (b) modify or suspend the Program, or any portion thereof, to address the impairment and then resume the Program, or relevant portion, in a manner that best conforms to the spirit of these Official Program Rules; and/or (c) award the Prizes from among the eligible, non-suspect entries received up to the time of the impairment in accordance with the winner selection criteria discussed above.
9. Winning
Winning a prize is contingent on fulfilling all the requirements set forth herein. Entries submitted by third parties and any Entries or prize claims that are late, incomplete, fraudulent, illegible, unidentified or delayed will be void. All entries and prize claims are subject to verification. Entrants agree to abide by these Official Program Rules. Decisions of Sponsor will be final and binding on all matters pertaining to this Program. Sponsor reserves the right to correct any typographical, printing, computer programming or operator errors. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Program Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Official Program Rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. If any provision of the Official Program Rules is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable, then the Official Program Rules shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or unenforceable provision was not contained therein. Should a winner make any false statement(s) in any document referenced above, the winner may be required to promptly return to Sponsor his/her prize, or the cash value thereof. Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process, the operation of the Program, violated the Official Program Rules, or acts with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. WARNING: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE PROGRAM IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS, AND SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO PROSECUTE AND SEEK DAMAGES TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
10. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY AND RELEASES BY PARTICIPATING IN THIS PROGRAM, ENTRANTS AGREE THAT THE PROGRAM GROUP, AND THEIR RESPECTIVE DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, OWNERS, PARTNERS, SHAREHOLDERS, EMPLOYEE, AGENTS AND REPRESENTATIVES (COLLECTIVELY, THE “RELEASES”) HAVE NO LIABILITY WHATSOEVER FOR, AND SHALL BE HELD HARMLESS BY ENTRANTS AGAINST, ANY LIABILITY FOR ANY INJURIES, LOSSES OF DAMAGES OF ANY KIND (INCLUDING DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES) TO PERSONS OR PROPERTY RESULTING FROM A PRIZE, INCLUDING THE ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, PARTICIPATION IN, MISUSE OR USE OF THE PRIZE. FURTHER BY PARTICIPATING IN THIS PROGRAM, ENTRANTS AGREE THAT RELEASES HAVE NO LIABILITY WHATSOEVER FOR, AND SHALL BE HELD HARMLESS BY ENTRANTS AGAINST, ANY LIABILITY FOR ANY INJURIES, LOSSES OR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND (INCLUDING DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES) TO PERSONS OR PROPERTY RESULTING FROM: A) ENTRY OR PARTICIPATION IN THIS PROGRAM OR B) ANY CLAIMS BASED ON PERSONALITY OR PRIVACY RIGHTS, DEFAMATION OR PRIZE DELIVERY. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages; therefore, such exclusions may not apply to you. Without limiting the foregoing, the Releases, and any of Sponsor’s other agencies, suppliers or contractors, shall not be responsible for: (a) any incomplete or inaccurate information that is caused by any technical or human error; (b) the theft, destruction, loss or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries; (c) printing, distribution, programming or production errors, and any other errors or malfunctions of any kind, whether human, mechanical, electronic or otherwise; or (d) technical, pictorial, typographical or editorial errors or omissions contained herein.
