Effective April 2026, UNIQLO US customers will have a chance to win FREE UNIQLO US products via our Product Sampling Program. As part of the program, winners will also receive survey requests designed to help us improve our products!

What is a campaign?

A campaign refers to the specific product customers have a chance to win. You are welcome to apply to more than one campaign, but you cannot apply to the same campaign more than once. If you are applying to more than one campaign, ensure your entry form application(s) and product review(s) are submitted by each campaign period’s end date and time.

How can I successfully enter a campaign for the UNIQLO US PRODUCT SAMPLING PROGRAM?

To enter a campaign, BOTH criteria explained below must be met.

Criteria 1: Apply to the campaign via the entry form application within the campaign period.

Criteria 2: Submit a product review on any UNIQLO US item within the campaign entry period.


Will I receive confirmation that I have successfully entered the campaign?

You will not receive confirmation that you have successfully met both criteria for a chance to win a campaign. However, we can guarantee that fully submitting a product review and fully applying via the entry form application within the campaign period will enter you for a chance to win.

How will I know if I won a campaign?

Winners will be notified both via the UNIQLO US app and via email to the email address associated with their UNIQLO US membership. If you win, you will receive a voucher to redeem. 

I won! How can I redeem my FREE UNIQLO product? 

For your convenience, you can redeem your voucher in-store or online. Please see below for more details on each redemption option.

In-Store: Please ask an associate for assistance.

Online:
1. Ensure you’re signed into the UNIQLO US account associated with your win (you should see the voucher available in the Coupons section of the Membership tab).

2. Add the eligible product to your cart in your desired color and size.

3. When you check out, you will be able to apply the voucher to your order and check out completely free of charge (shipping is also on us!).

Please note: you will only be able to check out so long as other non-eligible items are not in your cart. Orders will not be eligible for Pick Up Today and BOPUS services.

Do I have to enable push notifications for the UNIQLO US app?

Although not required, it is highly recommended to have app push notifications and email notifications enabled so that you are easily notified of your win. Vouchers have an expiration date and time. If the voucher is not redeemed within the redemption period, it will therefore be forfeited and cannot be reissued.
