What should I do if I received an item I did not order, if I am missing an item, or something that UNIQLO does not sell.?

What should I do if my shipping address changed to my former address?
Unfortunately we cannot make changes to orders once they have been placed. However, don't forget that you may cancel within 30 minutes of the placed order and create a new order with your desired changes.
Please note that we cannot intercept packages once dispatched from our warehouse. We suggest that you contact your carrier with your tracking information immediately to note any changes to your delivery.
Packages picked up and shipped that have been marked as INCORRECT ADDRESS are typically shipped back to our warehouse and marked as 'Return to Sender'. These packages are then processed as a return/refund.
