Conditions for Return and Exchange

  • Can I exchange or return an item if the tag has been removed?

    If any of the following are missing or damaged—tags, packaging, buttons, or other accessories—we cannot accept exchanges or returns. 
    ※ If the tag has been removed but all accessories are intact, exchanges and returns are accepted.

  • Do you accept return or exchange for items that have been altered?

    We do not accept return or exchange for item that had been altered (shorten/ hemmed).

Return Fees & Return Shipping Costs

A $7.00 (plus any applicable tax) fee per return request will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error.
*If you send items using our prepaid label but no fault is found on our part, the equivalent shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. 
  • If my refund reduces the total below $xx, will I be charged shipping? 

    No additional shipping fees will be charged.

  • How should I pack my return? 

    No specific packaging required. Please use any sturdy box or bag you have. Return address will be shown on the return application screen.

  • Can I cancel a return request? 

    Yes, follow these steps: 

    1. Go to [Purchase History]
    2. Tap [Return] for the order 
    3. Open the [History] tab and tap [Cancel Return Application] 
    4. Tap [Confirm Cancellation]

    Note: If you still want to return once canceled, please submit the return application again. Please see the question below. 

  • Can I submit another return application after canceling it?

    Exchange and Return requests can be canceled and resubmitted after making the first initial request as we understand mistakes happen and changing our minds is inevitable! Please go through the procedure again on the Purchase History page for the order.  Please note that each request made, there will be a new return label provided to you. Please be sure that the most recent label is being used when sending your items. 

  • Can I return an item at the store?
