To select your preferred pant alterations, start by measuring a pair of pants you already own and like the fit of.
How to measure the inseam:
1. Lay the pants flat on a hard surface.
2. Measure along the inside leg seam, starting at the crotch seam and measuring straight down to the hem.
3. For accuracy, measure between the stitches and follow the seam line.
4. If the pants have visible cover stitching at the hem, measure to the center point of the cross where the material meets.
