Delivery Troubleshooting (Carrier Support Guide)




Support with your home delivery order

If you're experiencing any delivery issues, we recommend reaching out to the carrier directly for the most up-to-date and accurate delivery information.
 

How to check delivery tracking information

1. Open the [Purchase History]
Details for UNIQLO Website (desktop or mobile browser): Go to your account and open the [Purchase History] section
Details for UNIQLO App: Tap into your account and select [Purchase History].
2. Select “DETAILS” for the target order
3.  Once your order appears, click “Check Delivery Status” to view the latest updates from the carrier.
This will show you tracking details, estimated delivery dates, and more.

To contact DoorDash, click “Help” in the top right corner of the tracking page, then select “Call our team”. ​
To update delivery instructions, use the red “Edit” button on the same page. ​
If your order is out for delivery, you can also message or call your assigned driver for more delivery details.

Other effective solutions

No Tracking Update for 2+ Days
・Confirm your shipping address and expected delivery window. ​
・Check with the carrier using your tracking number. ​
・Delays may be due to weather, high volume, or routing issues.
 
Delivery Delay
・We apologize for the inconvenience, but please wait until the day after the final delivery date displayed on the order details page.​
・If your order is shipped from a UNIQLO warehouse, there is only one shipping location within the US, so it may take several days after shipping.
