Thank you for your order. Once an order is placed, we’re unable to make changes to the order details.
This includes (but is not limited to): adding items, changing items, canceling part of the order, combining orders, changing the payment method, changing the delivery address/date/time, and changing gift options.
If you placed your order by mistake and it has been within 30 minutes, you may be able to cancel your order (except when the payment method is “Pay In Store (after payment)”). If available, please cancel the order and place a new order with the correct details.
Notes
- The price shown on the website at the time you place a new order will apply.
- Some items may sell out and may not be available to reorder.
Within 30 minutes after placing your order, you may be able to cancel your order from your Order History.
However, cancellation is not available in the following cases:
- More than 30 minutes have passed since placing the order
- Canceling only part of the order
- Payment has already been completed using “Pay In Store”
How to Cancel

※ You can also cancel from Order Details using Cancel Order.
Please Note
- If the Cancel button is not displayed, the order cannot be canceled.
(Please note: Customer Service is unable to cancel orders on your behalf.) - In some cases, the Cancel button may still appear after 30 minutes. If you select Cancel and an “Error” message appears, the order cannot be canceled.
If You Can’t Cancel
If cancellation is not available, please receive your item and return it within 30 days (including the shipping date).
※ Return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility.
※ Altered/hemmed items cannot be exchanged or returned.

I accidentally bought the same item in-store. Can I cancel my online order?
A. If it has been within 30 minutes of placing your order, cancellation may be available. Please see Order Cancellation for details.

Can you combine separate orders into one?
A. We’re sorry, but we are unable to combine separate orders.

A. We’re sorry, but we are unable to add items to an order after it has been placed.
