UNIQLO Live Station Giveaway – Official Terms & Conditions

This giveaway ("Giveaway") is sponsored by UNIQLO USA LLC, located at 88 Crosby Street, 3rd Floor, New York, New York 10012. By entering, participants agree to these Official Terms & Conditions and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters.

- Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and D.C. who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

- Employees of UNIQLO USA LLC, its parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, and their immediate family members or household members are not eligible to win.

- Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

The Giveaway takes place during the live broadcast of the UNIQLO Live Station show on Thursday, June 25, 2026, starting at 7:00 PM ET (4:00 PM PT).

The entry form will be available only on UNIQLO.com from the start of the live show until the show ends. Entries submitted before the show begins or after the show ends will not be eligible.

1. Tune in to the UNIQLO Live Station show on UNIQLO.com on Thursday, June 25, 2026, at 7:00 PM ET.

2. Click the entry form link that appears on the UNIQLO.com live show page during the broadcast.

3. Complete the form with the following required information:

    - Full legal name
    - Email address
    - U.S. shipping address
    - Preferred size
    - Prize choice: Women's lineup OR Men's lineup

4. Limit one (1) entry per person. Duplicate or incomplete entries will be disqualified.

⚠️ IMPORTANT: The giveaway entry form is exclusive to UNIQLO.com viewers. Customers who watch the live show on Instagram, Facebook, Meta, or any other third-party platform will not have access to the entry form and are not eligible to participate in this Giveaway.

One (1) Grand Prize Winner will be selected. The winner will receive one (1) of the following complete color lineups, based on the prize choice and size indicated on their entry form:

- Approximate Retail Value (ARV): up to $298.80 USD, depending on the winner's selection.

- The winner receives one (1) full color lineup in the size selected on the entry form.

- Size and color availability are subject to inventory at the time of fulfillment. If a specific color or size is out of stock, the Sponsor reserves the right to substitute with a comparable color or item of equal or greater value.

- No cash equivalents, transfers, or exchanges permitted, except at the Sponsor's sole discretion.

- The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the live show on UNIQLO.com.

- The winner will NOT be notified or publicly announced. The prize will be shipped directly to the winner using the name, email, and shipping address provided on the entry form.

- Because the winner will not be contacted in advance, all entry details (size, prize choice, shipping address) are final at the time of submission and cannot be changed.

- The prize will be shipped to the U.S. address provided on the entry form on or before July 31, 2026.

- Sponsor is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or undeliverable shipments due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the winner on the entry form.

Information collected (name, email, shipping address, size, and prize preference) will be used solely for the purposes of administering this Giveaway and fulfilling the prize, in accordance with the UNIQLO Privacy Policy. Entrants' information will not be used for marketing purposes unless they have separately opted in.

- Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control compromises the integrity of the Giveaway.

- By entering, participants release and hold harmless UNIQLO USA LLC, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any liability arising from participation in the Giveaway or acceptance/use of the prize.

- This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, or Meta. Viewers on those platforms are not eligible to participate.

This Giveaway and these Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles.
