Q. Where is my order?

To check your order status, please follow the instructions below:

1. Click Login located at the top right corner of the webpage. 

2. Go to Orders from the top right dropdown after you are logged in. You will then be able to see the status all orders placed online after October 2016 using your account.

Please note: You will not be able to see orders placed using guest checkout. Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and expected delivery date. If it has been more than three business days and you have not received shipping information, please contact us at 1-855-486-4756 (1-855-4UNIQLO) or email us at and one of our agents will be more than happy to help you retrieve this information!
