Q. Where is my Uniqlo Packing Slip/ Invoice?

I did not receive an invoice with my order. What is my order number?

You can find your order number on the shipping label which starts with "UNU" (example of Uniqlo Order #: UNU12345678) or the order number is located on your order confirmation and ship confirmation email in the subject line that is sent to you upon placing an order or the shipping confirmation email upon the order shipping.

When placing an order, an order confirmation email containing the order number and the amount per item listed is on that email. Please use this order confirmation email as your invoice if you have not received a physical slip with your package.

When placing an order, you receive an order confirmation email containing the amount per item listed and all tax & shipping charges. Please use this order confirmation email as your invoice if you have not received a physical slip with your package.

How can I make a return without an order number on the package?

Please visit returns.narvar.com/uniqlo/returns to initiate a return for an online purchase. When placing an order, you receive an order confirmation or shipping confirmation email containing the order number and the billing information entered for the order. Please use this as your invoice if you have not received a physical slip with your package and follow normal return policy with your UNU (Uniqlo) number. 

Additionally, if you have an account, you can also log into your account and check Order History from there for order detail information.
