Where can I get a coupon?
Coupons can be obtained in the following three (3) ways:
1. When you register for a UNIQLO.com account for the first time
2. When you download the UNIQLO App for the first time and link your UNIQLO Account
3. Registration of birthday in membership information when the account is created
* Birthdays cannot be edited/added after the account has been created.
* Coupons may also be offered through limited-time sales campaigns. -
Can I use a Coupon that is more than the total of my order?
In order for a coupon to be applied to an order successfully, the subtotal of the order must be of greater value by at least a $1 of the coupon amount. *This is only for coupons that do not already have the minimum limitations listed.
Example:
Welcome Coupons (App Download or New UNIQLO.com Account)- $10 off of $75+
The minimum order subtotal must be $75+(before taxes/shipping) to use a coupon for an online order.
Birthday Coupons - $5 off of $50+
The minimum order subtotal must be $50+ (before taxes/shipping) to use a coupon for an online order. -
How do Coupons affect my return?
The coupon will lose its value and cannot be replaced when returning an item. A coupon is forfeited once redeemed and cannot be reissued.
Example:
You place an online order of $100 and use a coupon of $10 off $75.
If you return the item and you would like to reorder another size, we cannot reissue the coupon or deduct the discount from your new order. In terms of your refund, you will only be refunded what you paid for the item after discounts have been applied.
However, if you wish to complete a straight exchange for the same item at a store location for a different color or size, your coupon is still valid and you can exchange it for the same value of the item. -
Can I redeem multiple coupons and promo codes on one order?
Unless directly noted in the coupon details, only one coupon can be used per transaction, and coupons cannot be combined with other coupons. Kindly refer to the Terms and Conditions of the coupon for more information
