A. Coupons can be obtained in the following three (3) ways:

1. When you register for a UNIQLO.com account for the first time
2. When you download the UNIQLO App for the first time and link your UNIQLO Account
3. Registration of birthday in membership information when the account is created
   * Birthdays cannot be edited/added after the account has been created.
* Coupons may also be offered through limited-time sales campaigns.

A. In order for a coupon to be applied successfully, the subtotal of the order must be at least $1 greater than the coupon amount. *This applies only to coupons without minimum limitations listed.

Example:
Welcome Coupon (New App Download) – $10 off your $75+ Online or In‑Store Purchase
The minimum order subtotal must be $75+ (before taxes/shipping).

Welcome Coupon (New UNIQLO.com Account) – $5 off your $75+ Online Purchase
The minimum order subtotal must be $75+ (before taxes/shipping).

Birthday Coupon – $5 off your $50+ Online Purchase
The minimum order subtotal must be $50+ (before taxes/shipping).

A. For Exchanges: The coupon is applied to every item equally.

Example:
If you have 4 items each valued at $25 (total $100) and apply a $10 promotion code, $2.50 will be taken off each item. Each item is purchased for $22.50.

When applying for an exchange, you will be charged the same discounted price originally paid. This applies to sale items as well.

For Returns: The coupon will lose its value once redeemed and cannot be reissued.

Example:
You place an online order of $100 and use a $10 off $75 coupon.
If you return the item, the coupon cannot be reissued and your refund reflects the discounted price.

However, straight exchanges at a store for the same item (different size/color) retain the coupon value.
Unless noted, only one coupon can be used per transaction.
