What should I do if my delivery is late?




My order has passed the standard shipping time frame.

Your order will be delivered within 3-7 business days from when it is shipped out. If it has been more than 7 business days, please email us at wecare@uniqlo-usa.com and one of our agents will be happy to further investigate this issue.

I paid for expedited shipping, but my package is late.

Expected delivery dates for expedited, two-day and express shipping are valid for orders placed before 12 PM EST Monday-Friday.  Please allow an extra day for orders placed after 12 PM EST or on weekends and holidays.

If your order was made before the cut off and you've yet to receive your delivery, please email us at wecare@uniqlo-usa.com and one of our agents will be happy to further investigate this issue.

The carrier will typically update your tracking information to reflect any delays or updates.
