What should I do if I'm not satisfied with an item from my order?

We are sorry to hear that you are unhappy with the item you received in your online order. If your item is not marked as final sale, we kindly ask that you return the item back to our warehouse within the 30 day return window. You can obtain a return label and fill out a return form by visiting www.uniqlo.com/us/en/returns.

Once you enter your order number and billing zip code, please select the item that you will be returning. You will then be prompted to select the reason why you are returning the item. Please be sure to select "Damaged/Defective". 

On the next page, please choose how you'd like to return the item: 

Option 1: Use a prepaid shipping label - If you choose to use this alternative, a return label fee of $7 will be deducted from your refund. Once your refund has been processed, please reach out to us so that we may credit you for this fee.  

Option 2: Use the carrier of your choice 

It can take the warehouse up to 14 business days to process your return once they receive the order. You will receive email confirmation once your return has been processed.  The funds will be credited back to your original form of payment within 3 to 5 business days, or up to 30 days depending on your financial institution.  Due to the circumstances surrounding COVID-19, please allow additional time to process your refund due to safety measures and precautions that are being taken at our warehouse.
