What should I do if I'm not satisfied with an item from my order?
We are sorry to hear that you are unhappy with the item you received in your online order. We kindly ask that you return the item back to our warehouse within the 30 day return window.

If your item was marked as Final Sale, unfortunately we would not be able to accept the item for return.
It can take the warehouse up to 14 business days to process your return once they receive the order. You will receive email confirmation once your return has been processed. The funds will be credited back to your original form of payment within 3 to 5 business days, or up to 30 days depending on your financial institution. Due to the circumstances surrounding COVID-19, please allow additional time to process your refund due to safety measures and precautions that are being taken at our warehouse.
