What should I do if I'm not satisfied with an item from my order?




We are sorry to hear that you are unhappy with the item you received in your online order. In this case, you do have the option to either Exchange or Return your item within the 30-day Exchange/Return window.

If your item was marked as Final Sale, unfortunately, we would not be able to accept the item for an Exchange/Return.

In the case of Exchange/Return it can take the warehouse up to 14 business days to process your Exchange or Return once they receive the order. You will receive an email confirmation once your Exchange or Return has been processed. If you requested an Exchange please note that you will be charged for the exchanged item during the exchange request and a refund for the returned item will not be processed until the item is returned to the warehouse. The funds will be credited back to your original form of payment within 3 to 5 business days, or up to 30 days depending on your financial institution.
