What should I do if I am double charged double for an item in store?
We kindly ask that you return to the store location with your original purchase receipt and the credit card that was used to make the purchase. If you are unable to return back to the store, please send a clear copy of your original purchase and refund receipt to wecare@uniqlo-usa.com. Once this information is received, we will work with the store location to get this issue resolved.
