Merchandise purchased in stores must be returned to the original purchase store location for a full refund to the original form of payment up to 30 days from the purchase date
◉ Merchandise will only be accepted in its original condition (new, unused, and unwashed) with tags attached.
◉ Packaged items may be returned after the package has been opened; tags must still be attached to the item.
◉ Innerwear cannot be exchanged or returned due to our strict hygiene policy.
◉ Items marked Final Sale may not be returned or exchanged
◉ Refunds will be issued back to the original form of payment.
◉ Alteration fees are non-refundable.
*Returns will not be accepted without an original purchase receipt. Returns made with a gift receipt will be returned for a store merchandise gift card.

U.S STORE EXCHANGE POLICY

- If you are looking to exchange your item for the same item in just a different size/color, you may go to any UNIQLO store that has the item available, within the 30-day exchange window. The item must be in its original condition, unworn and unwashed for the store to accept the item for an exchange. No receipt is needed for this process to be completed.

- If you are looking to exchange your item for a completely different item, you must go to the original store of purchase within the 30-day exchange window. Please note, you must provide the original receipt and the item must be in its original condition, unworn and unwashed for the store to accept the item for an exchange.
(This applies to only in store orders. Online orders cannot be exchanges for a different item in store).
