For your convenience, UNIQLO is offering customers an additional 30 days to return or exchange items purchased from 11/23/2020 through 12/24/2020. This limited-time offer grants customers a total of 60 days from date of purchase to return or exchange merchandise. We hope you find something you’ll love this season.
Merchandise will only be accepted in its original condition (new, unused, and unwashed) with tags attached. Packaged items may be returned even after the package has been opened; however, tags must still be attached to the item.
To ensure timely processing, please be sure to include your return form in your return package.
Refunds will be issued back to the original form of payment.
Please allow up to 14 business days from when we receive the items in our warehouse for your account to be refunded. We will send you an email once we have completed the refund process.
You may return online PayPal, ApplePay, and Instagram purchases by mail to UNIQLO.com within 30 days. If you mail your return, your PayPal, ApplePay account, or the method of payment you used in the Instagram app will be refunded directly.
Buy Online, Pick Up In Store (BOPUS) orders purchased with PayPal, ApplePay and Instagram purchases can only be returned to the warehouse and cannot be returned back to the store pick up location. All other return requirements apply.
