What is your Exchange/Return policy for gift returns?
If you wish to return an item that you received as a gift, you have multiple options available:
◉ If you wish to exchange a gift received from an online order, the sender can process an online exchange through their account.
◉ If you received a gift receipt with your item, you may return the item for store merchandise credit or you may exchange the item in-store for a different color/size or a different item.
◉ If you wish to return a gift received from an online order, we will credit the sender’s credit card for the cost of purchase. For instructions on how to return an online order, please click here.
Please note: When exchanging, all merchandise must be in its original selling condition and include the original product packaging, tags, and labels.

Exchanges without an original purchase receipt will only be accepted for the same item in a different color or size.
