What is the status of my online return?
To track your return, we ask that you look at the Tracking Information provided by the carrier by entering your Return Tracking Number.

Returns not yet delivered to Warehouse
If the package has not yet been delivered to the warehouse, this means that the return has not been received and the process has not been started by our warehouse team.
Please note: You will receive an email notification once the package has been received and scanned in by our warehouse.
Returns marked as Delivered at Warehouse Address
If the package has been marked as delivered, we ask that you wait up to14 business days from the day it was delivered to the warehouse.
You will receive two emails.
1st email: will confirm when the package is received and scanned in to start the return's process at the warehouse.
2nd email: will confirm once the refund has been process.
The funds will be credited back to your original form of payment which will be reflected in your account depending on your bank. This time typically takes 3 to 5 business days from when you receive your email notification.
Where can I find my tracking number?
There are two places you can find your return tracking number.
#1 on the Return Shipping Label - This can be on the email you received from FedEx when you generated the Return Label.
#2 on the Receipt that was given to you if you dropped off your package at USPS/FedEx locations.
