What is the status of my online return?
It can take up to 14 business days to process your return from the date in which the warehouse receives your returns package.
To track your return, we ask that you look at the Tracking Information provided by the carrier by entering your Return Tracking Number.

If the package has not yet been delivered to the warehouse, this means that the return has not been received and the process has not been started at our warehouse.
If the package has been marked as delivered, please count 14 business days from the day it was delivered to the warehouse.
You will receive email confirmation once your return has been processed. The funds will be credited back to your original form of payment which will be reflected in your account depending on your financial banking internal rules which is often 3 to 5 business days from when you receive your email notification
