Please be aware that the Uniqlo Return System will undergo maintenance on August 10, 2024, from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM PDT (9:00 PM to 10:00 PM EST).
During this time, you will not be able to receive return label emails. However, you can still access your return label manually:
1. Go to your Order History Page.
2. Find the order you want to return.
3. Click "Exchange or Return".
4. Click on the "Details" tab.
5. You will see an option to "Print Label" or "QR Code" to view your Return Label or QR Code.
Most of the website will remain accessible and operate as usual.
