Q. How do I enter the Giveaway?
A) App holders who enter their Member ID number onto the campaign registration form (google form) during the campaign period are entered to win (Campaign period is 06/10/24 to 06/23/24)
Q. How will I know if I won the Giveaway?
A) One (1) winner will be selected by UNIQLO USA in the week of June 24, 2024. The winner will be notified by app push notification, and the winner will need to fill out a Google form sent through app push and fill out their mailing address and phone number. App push notifications need to be turned on in order to receive the Giveaway prize. Prizes will be shipped to customers upon receipt of the above information via FedEx.
Q. What if I win the Giveaway but do not want the U Crew Neck T-shirts Collection?
A) Please inform UNIQLO USA customer service.
Q. Am I permitted to select my Giveaway prize?
A) The winner will be able to select only between Men's or Women's U Crew Neck T-shirts Collection.
Q. Do I have to enable push notifications for the UNIQLO app?
A) Yes, please turn on push notifications to ensure you are notified if you are selected as a winner.
