What UNIQLO Stores offer the embroidery service?
Embroidery service is currently available at 3 select locations:
- UNIQLO SoHO
* Located at the UTme Counter on Main Floor
- UNIQLO 5th Avenue
* Located at the RE.UNIQLO Studio on the 2nd Floor
- UNIQLO Disney Springs
* Located at the RE.UNIQLO Studio on the 2nd Floor
New Locations:
- UNIQLO Houston Memorial City (Now Open)
- UNIQLO Dallas Galleria (Opening 10/18)
- UNIQLO Westfield San Diego (Opening 10/18)
- Non-UNIQLO products
- Collaboration or graphic products *UNIQLO U/UNIQLO C collection is OK
- Innerwear
- Baby and Kids products that directly contact skin
- Accessories except bags (Caps, Socks, gloves, Room shoes belts etc. not flat products / leather products requires special frame and attachment.)
- Polyester or nylon outerwear especially pocketable parkas or BLOCKTECH parkas due to the fabric specifications.
The cost ranges between $10 - $20 depending on the design.

Can I embroider UNIQLO product that I already own or does it have to be new?
Yes! You may embroider pre-owned or new UNIQLO items.
How big are the embroidery designs that you offer?
Embroidery text designs are 1.4 in H x 4 in W. Embroidery template and special designs can be 1.4 in H x 4 in W or 2.3in H x 2.3in W
Can I change the color of the design I chose?
You may change the color of the thread for text and single color designs. For designs with 2 or more colors, you may not change the thread color.
Can I create my own design?
You can choose from a variety of icons, texts, and special local NYC and Florida quintessential designs for the embroidery service.
Original designs are unavailable at the moment.
Can I return or exchange my item after the embroidery service has been processed?
Products that have undergone the Embroidery Service are not eligible for return & exchange.
Please consult with our staff when picking up the item.
