Embroidery service is currently available at 6 select locations:

- Polyester or nylon outerwear especially pocketable parkas or BLOCKTECH parkas due to the fabric specifications.

Can I embroider UNIQLO product that I already own or does it have to be new?
Yes! You may embroider pre-owned or new UNIQLO items.
How long does embroidery service take?
While the actual embroidery takes about 5 mins, the total time to process the order, arrange the pickup, and process the embroidery takes about 15 minutes.
How big are the embroidery designs that you offer?
Embroidery text designs are 1.4 in H x 4 in W. Embroidery template and special designs can be 1.4 in H x 4 in W or 2.3in H x 2.3in W
Can I change the color of the design I chose?
You may change the color of the thread for text and single color designs. For designs with 2 or more colors, you may not change the thread color.
Can I create my own design?
No
Can I return or exchange my item after the embroidery service has been processed?
No
