Studio/Stylist Pull
A studio/stylist pull is when a stylist/photographer/magazine/filmmaker comes to a store and makes a purchase of a product to be used in a photo-shoot or video-shoot. This product is later returned to the store following the store return policy.
The following are the requirements for a Studio/Stylist Pull Purchase:
- The cumulative total of the purchase in a one week period is greater than $500.
- Customers confirm the purchase is for a Studio/Stylist Pull.
- A maximum of 80% of the purchased product price will be eligible for return as long as they meet all other conditions of our return policy and the product will only be allowed to be returned at the store of purchase (20% must be held and not returned).
- Any returns made at stores other than the store of purchase will not be accepted.
- In order to facilitate the best shopping experience for all, select stores may request appointments for purchases and returns.
