Important Notes on How Refunds are Calculated
■ Shipping fees are not refundable.
■ Alterations fees are not refundable.
■ The $7 Return Shipping Fee will be deducted from the full refund amount for the use of the UNIQLO Prepaid Return Label (except in the case of a defective item return)
■ In addition, if the product is found to be defective as a result of our inspection, we will not charge you for the Return Label Fee.
How do I track Returns?
1. To track your returns go to the Order History page. Click on the EXCHANGE OR RETURN button next to the order you are inquiring about. Then Click on the DETAILS button.
2. Scroll down the page and you can see the status of your return. From here you can reprint the label, cancel the return and track the status of your return. You can also follow along with FedEx or USPS tracking information to learn how far your return has gotten and when it will be delivered.
3. Please allow up to 14 business days from the time the return is delivered to our warehouse for a refund to be processed. The refund will be credited back to your original form of payment.
