Product Availability




How can I find out if an item is available in-store?

Confirming a product’s availability is easier than ever! 

To find which store has a product, select your preferred color and size.

Then click “FIND IN STORE”. You will then be directed to the next page that displays the stores with the product’s availability. 

Then enter an address, zip code, or store name. You can also use the “Use Current Location” option. 

 


Please note the following stock statuses for online and store inventory:

In stock: The product is widely available online or in-store aa 

Low stock: The product has limited quantity and product availability is not guaranteed at time of visit at a store

Out of stock: The product is unavailable to purchase

Ordering In Stock Products

If the desired product is available online or in-store, we provide two in-store pick up options! 

In-Store Pick Up: Free shipment from the warehouse inventory to the store.

Order & Pick: In-store pick up from the store inventory

How can I find out when an item will be back in stock? (Online)

When you attempt to select an unavailable size or color, a button will appear in place of "ADD TO BAG" that says "BACK IN STOCK." By clicking this button, you will be prompted to REGISTER. You will then be notified if the item comes back in stock in the specific size and color you chose.  Notifications will be sent via email, if you have the UNIQLO app a notification will also be sent for those users who have opt-into messaging. 

 

 

Please note that this function is only available for online inventory. For store availability, we recommend that you see the Order & Pick option.

What happens if an item in my order is not available?

If an item you have ordered is unavailable, you will receive an email notification. You will not be charged for the item if it is canceled. 


Please Note:
● A Back-in-Stock notification request does not guarantee product availability

● We reserve the right to discontinue sales without restocking

● Please allow emails from the following email address to avoid filtering to your junk/spam inbox: ec-system@ma.store.uniqlo.com.
