WHAT IS PAY-IN-STORE?
UNIQLO Pay-In-Store is a payment method that allows you to pay for online purchases at UNIQLO store locations.
IS THERE A DEADLINE FOR PAYMENT?
Payment must be completed at your selected UNIQLO store within 60 minutes of order placement. If payment is not completed within 60 minutes of order placement, the order will be automatically canceled.
HOW TO PLACE ORDER USING PAY-IN-STORE?
1) Add your desired item(s) to your cart and select [Pay In Store] as your payment method on the Checkout Page.
2) Find your preferred UNIQLO store for your payment location and select [PAY IN THIS STORE].
3) Select [CHECKOUT] on the following screen.
4) Present the barcode that appears after order placement to the cashier at your selected store and pay via card (credit/ debit) within 60 minutes of online placement. If using self-checkout, select [FIND WEB ORDER] and pay via card (credit/ debit) within 60 minutes of order placement.
CAN I CANCEL A PAY IN STORE ORDER?
Pay in Store orders cannot be canceled once payment is completed at a UNIQLO store.
CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER DIRECTLY AFTER PAYMENT?
Pay in Store orders, including Pick up In Store orders, are shipped from fulfillment centers and should arrive at your address or desired store location within 7 business days.
HOW CAN I EXCHANGE/RETURN MY PAY-IN-STORE PURCHASE?
All Pay in Store Exchanges/Returns must be brought to one of our UNIQLO store locations in the US.
To make an Exchange or Return, please view your [Order History] page and select [VIEW INVOICE] for the order being Exchanged/Returned.
Print the invoice out and bring it with the product(s) being Exchanged/Returned and the original purchase receipt received at the time of order payment.
