NEW UPDATE: Purchase History (1/15/2025)
As of 1/15, we have updated our website and app Membership experience with our improved Purchase History* feature.
This is a service feature for UNIQLO US website and app members.
*Please note that the UNIQLO APP remains the same. To view online and in-store orders, please visit Order History on the app.
PURCHASE HISTORY*
The contents displayed in the "Online", Store", tabs are different. You can click here to view your Purchase History.
- OnlineYou will be able to see the orders you have placed from the online store and their status. You are able to [Exchange/Return] and [View Invoice]
- Store
You will be able to see the eReceipts (digital receipt) of your in-store transactions. To opt for eReceipt, please select the E-Receipt & Print Receipt option during checkout in-store. You will need to log in and scan barcode or enter email associated with your UNIQLO US account.
- Purchases
The products you have purchased will be displayed in the "Purchased Product List" above.
How to See Purchase History
1. Look for the MEMBERSHIP / Account icon and click on it.
2. Please follow the instructions to login into your account or Create a New Account if needed. You may visit the following pages to be redirected:

- Create a New Account
3. On the Membership page, you can visit Purchase History* to view your orders, store transactions, and the list of items purchased. Please note that it is called Order History on the UNIQLO App.
